When you book Lee Warren to speak at your conference, meeting or workshop, he's tried to make the process as simple, easy and delightful as possible. At the heart of Lee's business is the idea that we are all working together to get a great results for audiences, delegates and attendees and nothing should get in the way of that.
To keep things clear for everyone, here are the terms and conditions for working with Lee. They're all focused on making sure that your event is amazing, and that the audience gets a great result.
'Lee Warren', 'The Speaker' 'I' 'Us' and 'We' refers to Invisible Advantage Limited, Company number 7249596, registered office: 66 Thurlestone Road, London SE27 0PD
'Speaking' 'Keynote' 'Seminar' 'session' and 'Workshop' refer to services delivered by Lee Warren and may be used interchangeably depending on the service being delivered and requested.
'Client' and 'booker' refer to the organisation engaging Lee Warren
Unless specified in writing, all services requested by clients will be delivered by Lee Warren.
These terms apply to all engagements made between Lee Warren and the client.
When booking Lee Warren, we will send you a booking form with details of the date of your event, the start and finish time of Lee Warren's session, the title of the session, and Lee Warren's anticipated arrival time. It is the client's responsibility to check these details carefully, and sign and return the booking form.
Lee Warren will deliver the services outlined on the booking form
We will send an invoice on booking for 50% (fifty percent) of the booking fee. The remaining 50% (fifty percent) will be invoiced 60 (sixty) days before the event and payment is due by 30 (thirty) days before the event date. All fees are exclusive of VAT at current rates.
For events more than 40 miles from London, travel and accommodation may be needed. This will be clearly indicated on the booking form. In most cases, Lee Warren will book his own travel and add it to the invoice. It is usually easier for the client to book the accommodation.
Confirming a booking means that the date is immediately unavailable in Lee's diary, and cancellation of bookings will incur a charge. Cancellations made more than 60 (sixty) days in advance of the event date will be charged at 50% (fifty percent) of the booking fee. Cancellations with notice of less than 60 (sixty) days will be charged at the full booking fee.
